Long Beach Puerto Plata is an apartment and commercial-plaza development on the Malecón of Puerto Plata, on the Dominican north coast, facing Long Beach beach. It is developed by Grupo Logra, with architecture by the Spanish practice MORPH.

The masterplan totals 484 apartments in three stages, together with a rooftop pool, two large central pools and a spa pool, gardens and green areas, a spa and gym, minigolf, a children’s play area, a double-height lobby, underground parking and controlled access.

The developer’s unit datasheets publish 129 apartments across seven floors, 128 of them in the first stage: one-bedroom units of 55 to 69 m² (41 units), two-bedroom units of 88 to 153 m² (62), three-bedroom units with a service area of 176 to 212 m² (11), and penthouses with a private rooftop of 127 to 299 m², with two to four bedrooms (15).

Apartments are delivered fully furnished and equipped, including appliances and air conditioning. Large-format windows carry acoustic and thermal insulation, and the finishes use imported European ceramics.

The commercial plaza will bring together a supermarket, banks, restaurants, two cafés and 29 retail units, with social areas and underground parking.

Long Beach beach, the Malecón and La Lola Beach Club are steps away. Jumbo, La Sirena, the historic centre, Puerto Taíno Bay and the Playa Dorada golf course are five minutes away; the cable car ten; Ocean World fifteen; Amber Cove twenty; and Gregorio Luperón international airport twenty-five.

Payment plan: US$ 5,000 reservation, 20% down payment, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Delivery date on request.
