About this property

Punta Bergantín is a master-planned tourism and real estate destination on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, in Puerto Plata. It belongs to the portfolio of Banreservas, one of the country's foremost banks, which established a trust to develop ten million square metres under a low-density urban model that keeps the natural setting intact. The master plan takes in five-star hotels, recreation areas, and residential zones both horizontal and vertical.

Six products are being built. Velavento is a beachfront apartment complex with three models: 125 m² with two en-suite bedrooms and a private balcony, 170 m² with three en-suite bedrooms and an open kitchen, and 210 m² with three en-suite bedrooms, balcony and service area — all with central air conditioning, a full appliance package and one parking space per unit, around a lagoon-style pool facing the sea, a private beach club, and a gym and yoga centre. Golf Luxury Apartments is a second complex inside the golf course, with layouts not yet released.

Hacienda Serena is a golf villa of 420 m² on lots from 960 m², with four bedrooms, open-plan living and dining under high ceilings, a kitchen with island and quartz or granite countertops, an entertainment room and a carport for two vehicles, facing the course designed by Davis Love III and Beau Welling. Hacienda Los Cerezos is a private 13,550 m² cluster of ten two-level homes on lots from 700 m², each with its own pool and wide terraces, sharing a green area and pedestrian paths.

For those who prefer to build, Lotes Ocean Side offers plots of 1,300 to 2,300 m² steps from the sea, within a zone planned around a beach club for founders, restaurant, bar and an owners-only spa; and Lotes Golf · Lago · Jardín offers plots for a custom villa, with owners taking part in the urban design.
