Sunset Park is a gated apartment community in Sosúa, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, set within Residencial Hispaniola and developed by Hispaniola Real Estate North Coast, SA.

The project comprises seven four-storey buildings with lifts, for a total of 77 apartments. Three published layouts: one-bedroom units of 72 to 92 m² from US$ 145,000; two-bedroom units of 139 to 182 m² from US$ 255,000; and three-bedroom units of 159 to 244 m² from US$ 295,000. A fourth layout adds a mezzanine to the three-bedroom plan.
